Wrestling in High Schools of Connecticut

The businessman Mark Mansa from Bethel (Connecticut)  was charged with selling anabolic steroids to students of High Schools from the Greater Danbury.
But it wasn’t proven yet whether it is so, as it has been believed. Numerous people don’t think that students of  High School wrestling have purchased and administering forbidden medications. High School wrestling is a preferent sport in Greater Danbury area. Attraction to this sport blinds many individuals totally. They don’t even suppose that it can be true that wrestlers of High Schools have taken steroids, especially anabolic steroids.
Why are anabolic steroids stressed specially? Anabolics are applied to increase muscle size in short time quite obviously. So, a lot of individuals note that while High School students of other sports might have taken steroids, wrestlers are not included in their number. Their statement has been supported by the wrestling coach Ricky Shook. His team is celebrated due to acquiring 10 State Open titles. The coach  confirms that there is no any link with steroids.
In fact, wrestlers cannot administer steroids or other related medications to bulk up because there are strict weight rules that are established and regulated by the CIAC.  
The wrestler Matt Saraceno was asked about possibility of taking steroids by individuals who are involved in this sport. This individual claimed that there was no any possibility of administering steroids. He stated that steroids couldn’t help to keep the mass of the body down. He reported that it was impossible.
So, this wrestler broke statements of certain individuals about possibility of taking steroids in wrestling. Since steroids are applied to promote increasing muscle size, it would be as an undesirable effect for a wrestler who tries to store his body weight to meet criteria of certain weight category. Moreover, the rules linked with weight loss are quite strict in wrestling. Even insignificant changes in body weight may cause many problems. Sudden weight increasing and getting of muscles will lead to certain problems like sudden loss of body weight.
The CIAC makes it clear that wrestlers should avoid unhealthy loss of body mass. Only established amount of weight may be lost during a season. The CIAC checks changing in weight of wrestlers. The, the risks connected with intake of banned medications are very high for wrestlers.
The trainer Shook confirms that he doesn’t desire to coach those who use drugs, alcohol and tobacco. He confirms that he says these words every year during interviews for the New-Times.  Thus, the coach assures that he doesn’t coach any consumers of banned medications. But if he observes such guy in his team, he will proclaim about this situation.
The wrestling coach Shook claims that wrestling is healthy in comparison with its position in past time. They have a specified program. The wrestlers are subjected to to urine analyses and hydration. This is the sport that makes more tests than any other sport that exists in Connecticut.
However the coach has acknowledged that  a wrestler can hide his administration of steroids from him, but it is doubted.
Thus, wrestling prevents application of forbidden products. We hope that wrestling will continue to follow this way.
