Largest arms recorded in Guinness book

The Egyptian bodybuilder Moustafa Ismail has the largest biceps in the world. He was recorded in the Guinness book of the world records. This guy claims that his large biceps are natural. Moustafa Ismail says that he has the largest arms in the world because he has very strict diets and workouts. He eats chickens, almonds and fish every day. The Egyptian bodybuilder also consumes much water and protein shakes.
However it is evident that nutrition and workouts have essential role, many persons doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is hard to believe that suitable workouts and diets can lead to such enhancement in arms. Which factors are responsible for the large arms of the Egyptian bodybuilder?
When it was reported that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations connected with steroid use appeared soon. Certain people believe that anabolic steroids are responsible for the massive arms of this person. What did the Egyptian bodybuilder claim about intake of anabolic steroids? He claimed that he had taken anabolic steroids while living in Egypt. Purchase and intake of these preparations are legal under laws of this country. These preparations are available at any drug store in Egypt. Furthermore, anabolic steroids are not expensive there. But Moustafa Ismail noted that he had to discontinue using these preparations, when he moved to the USA. But if even the Egyptian bodybuilder takes steroids, it doesn’t matter because these preparations don’t enhance arms. They are not responsible for the bodybuilder’s massive arms.
There are other remedies that can enhance arms. They are named “site enhancement oils” (SEO). Synthol is one of the most often taken SEO. This product is administered by bodybuilders. It is applied in order to increase muscles in circumference. Thus, it is suggested that Moustafa Ismail applies Synthol. However, Moustafa Ismail says that he doesn’t apply this remedy.
Moustafa Ismail notes that he is hurt by accusations connected with steroids and Synthol. He has submitted to examination conducted by an independent doctor that hasn’t found  any abnormality in the arms of this person. So, it is not clear whether the bodybuilder’s arms are natural or not.
