Murderers are less prosecuted than legendary American cyclist

The USADA has published a report on the famous cyclist Lance Armstrong.
Which impression do readers get, when they read this dossier? It is affirmed that many individuals consider that every teammate of this famous cyclist has applied anabolic steroids and/or other forbidden substances. But is it true impression? Has every Lance Armstrong’s teammate doped?
According to the report on this sportsman, 11 teammates testified against him, affirming that he used performance-enhancing drugs. Furthermore, it was claimed that Lance Armstrong and the most mates of his team used sophisticated methods in order to be capable to dope and avoid detection.
However some Lance Armstrong’s teammates admitted to administering steroids and/or other performance-enhancing drugs, some teammates denied doping. For example, Julian Dean and Patrick Jonker were two teammates of the American cyclist that denied using performance-enhancing drugs.
Julian Dean affirmed that he neither doped, nor saw Lance Armstrong using anabolic steroids and/or other related preparations.
When it comes to Patrick Jonker, his statements were like those of Julian Dean. He affirmed that he had never used any forbidden preparations. He confirmed that he competed cleanly and didn’t take any unfair advantage.
According to Patrick Jonker, intake of anabolic steroids and other related remedies is a serious problem in the sport of cycling. He thinks that numerous cyclists dope. He believes that it is necessary to fight against usage of steroids and other related preparations in cycling. But he affirms that appropriate methods should be applied by anti-doping agencies. This athlete is full of anger, saying about prosecution related to Lance Armstrong.  Patrick Jonker thinks that murderers are less prosecuted than the famous cyclist.
