Information about steroids written in Wikipedia may be mixed with personal opinions of sponsors

Feds don’t have sufficient knowledge about anabolic steroids, although they pursue those who manufacture, take and/or distribute these products. They don’t study scientific literature about these products. The government utilizes information that is presented in Wikipedia. Although federal prosecutors speak about undesirable effects of steroids, they don’t know about these conditions sufficiently. Citing statements about steroids written in Wikipedia, they punish users/manufacturers/distributors of these products, confirming that these medicines represent evil.
Some important questions appear here: Is it correct to base upon affirmations provided in Wikipedia in such situations? Are these affirmations true? Aren’t they exposed to manipulations? Aren’t they mixed with subjective opinions of contributors?
Maurice Hall, the associate professor of communication and culture at Villanova University, affirms that it is not reasonable to base completely upon statements provided in Wikipedia. He claims that Wikipedia serves a good guide for footnotes. But information provided in Wikipedia may be not true completely.
For example, when John Isaac Hudelson was sentenced to prison, feds based their conclusions linked with illicit operations of this person upon statements cited from Wikipedia. Feds affirmed that Hudelson would be sentenced 47-54 months in jail because he administered and distributed steroids. Stephen Greubel, the defense attorney for Hudelson, argued that 47-54 months in prison were too much for his client. He noted that Hudelson distributed steroids, preparations that differed from such drugs, as amphetamine, methamphetamine, codeine, morphine, etc. Stephen Greubel noted that steroids didn’t cause addiction.
Federal prosecutors noted that John Isaac Hudelson manufactured, administered and distributed steroids to his friends. They confirmed that while steroids didn’t lead to addiction, muscularity could be addictive. Moreover, they added that steroids could lead to serious side consequences. All statements of feds were based upon those written in Wikipedia.
Ultimately, the government sent Isaac John Hudelson to 37-month imprisonment.
