Furthermore, he added that weight was not the main factor while fighting. According to him, a fighter should have intelligence, speed and strength in order to have success.
Neither Juan Manuel Marquez, nor Manny Pacquiao was tested for forbidden medicines before the ring. Such tests are usually conducted by the Nevada State Athletic Commission after rings.
